The Admin Panel

Accessible at /admin, the admin panel is organized into sections via a sidebar:

Dashboard

Overview with key metrics: total users, today's orders, open support tickets, new users this week, and active events.

Administration

• Users - Search, filter, view profiles, set ranks, ban/unban
• Moderation - View and manage banned users
• Audit Log - Complete trail of admin actions (who did what, when)
• System Info - PHP version, database health, cache, disk space

Store

• Categories - Organize products
• Products - Create, edit, manage stock
• Spin to Win - Prize configuration
• Orders - View purchase history
• Rank Rewards - Auto-grant products at rank milestones

Support

• Tickets - User support requests
• Bug Reports - Issue tracking
• Fulfillment - Manual order processing
• Bookings - Call/meeting requests
