Call Bookings

Overview

The booking system lets users schedule calls, meetings, or consultations through your website. It's a built-in alternative to Calendly - no external service needed.

How It Works

  1. Admin configures available time slots at Admin → Support → Booking Settings
  2. Users visit /book and choose a meeting type, date, and time slot
  3. The booking creates a support ticket with the appointment details
  4. Admin views all bookings at Admin → Support → Bookings

Meeting Types

  • Call - Voice/video call
  • Meeting - Formal meeting
  • Consultation - Advisory session

Time Slot Configuration

At Booking Settings, define your weekly availability:

  • Day of Week - Monday through Sunday
  • Start/End Time - HH:MM format
  • Max Bookings - How many simultaneous bookings per slot
  • Active Toggle - Temporarily disable slots without deleting

Bot Integration

If you have a Discord bot with API sync capability, it can pull pending bookings via the sync API and notify you in Discord when a new booking comes in.
