Claim Codes
Promotional codes that grant rewards when redeemed. Create them at Admin → Claim Codes.
Code Types
| Type | What It Grants |
|---|---|
| Product Grant | A product key from your inventory |
| Premium Credits | Premium credits amount |
| Points | Earned points amount |
| Role Grant | A custom role on the user's account |
| Custom | A custom message (for easter eggs or special events) |
Code Properties
- Custom or Auto-Generated - Write your own code or let the system generate a random 12-character string
- Max Uses - Single-use or multi-use (e.g., "first 50 people")
- Expiration - Optional expiry date
- Tracking - See who redeemed each code and when
Gift Cards
Pre-paid cards with a Credits value. Generate in bulk at Admin → Gift Cards.
- Generate up to 50 cards at once
- Each gets a unique code (format:
GC-XXXXXXXXXX) - Optional expiration date
- Track purchased vs. redeemed status
- Only unredeemed cards can be deleted
